Podcast interview: Tips for Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
As one of the hosts for the Jewellers Academy podcast I get to invite my own guests onto the show so I was excited to invite Heidi Hinda Chadwick. Heidi is a Creative Life Coach and we are each other's coaches! In this conversation we really got into the subject of navigating our comfort zone looking at what a comfort zone is, how to know you are in your comfort zone, tips for getting out of your comfort zone and much more. This was a really great conversation and a gentle look at how to move forward.
