When I first heard this quote it stopped me in my tracks and I wonder if it will do the same for you.
When we're trying something new, our old friend fear can come up and tell us we're safer not trying, we're safer back in our comfort zone. It's a compelling message because the familiar is a known quantity, even if we've outgrown it and it's time for something new.
