This week I've been thinking about the idea START BEFORE YOU'RE READY

I work with female entrepreneurs and see it repeatedly -  it's so easy for us to fall into the trap of wanting everything to be perfect and aligned before we put it out into the world. It feels natural to do that as it makes us feel more confident and able.

But. There are many reasons why we are holding ourselves back by doing this.

Starting and growing a business is a fun journey that can be challenging at times and require dedication, innovation, and adaptability. As a Good Girl personality, you're someone who thrives on meeting external expectations and may find it easier to fulfil commitments to others rather than yourself. While this characteristic of yours can be a huge advantage when working for someone else, it can lead to pitfalls when it comes to building your own business.
